The Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Government are responsible for overseeing Jiangsu Normal University (JSNU), a regional high-level university in Jiangsu province. Its origin could be dated back to 1952, and its name was changed to JSNU in 2024. Being one of the first universities authorized to receive international students, 江苏师范大学 has established friendly relationships with over 69 universities in the UK, USA, Australia, Russia, and other countries.

- 课程级别： Scholarships are available to pursue master and doctoral degree programs.
- Study Subject: The university offers scholarships to study any of the subjects.
- 奖学金奖： 全额奖学金
- A fee waiver of tuition, registration, laboratory experiments, internships, and basic textbooks.
The cost of experiments or internships beyond the program curriculum is at the student’s own expense.
The cost of books or learning materials other than the required basic textbooks is at the student’s own expense.
- Free on-campus dormitory accommodation or an accommodation allowance of CNY 10,000 per year.

入学要求：申请人必须符合以下标准：
- 申请人必须是身体健康的非中国公民。
- Education, background, and age limit:
- 申请大专和本科均需具有高中毕业证书，学习成绩良好，年龄不超过30周岁。
- 攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁。
- 攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
- 申请者必须同意遵守中国相关法律，并符合所在大学或学院的录取要求。
- 申请者必须有良好的学习成绩。
- 申请人不能成为其他奖学金获得者 中国政府, local governments, or other organizations simultaneously.
英语语言要求：Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the university.

How to apply: 1.登录“留学江苏”网站（www.studyinjiangsu.org）
- 注册个人账户
- Complete the Application Form online and upload e-copies of relevant original documents
- 打印申请表，签字后连同相关文件的公证副本邮寄至茉莉花江苏省政府奖学金管理团队办公室（邮寄地址：请在CONTACT中找到）
- 申请文件
- 护照照片页的扫描件。
- Highest diploma/degree certificate (notarized photocopy). High school students or university students shall also provide Certificate of Enrollment from the school or university they are studying in. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
