Must not be recipients of other scholarships offered by the Chinese government, local governments, or other organisations simultaneously.

- Students choosing courses in Chinese need to provide an HSK4 (or above) certificate.
- An online interview will be conducted to examine Chinese proficiency.

Application Procedure for the Jasmine Jiangsu Scholarship:
- Salinan halaman foto paspor yang dipindai.
- Salinan resmi dari sertifikat akademik tertinggi. Dokumen dalam bahasa selain bahasa Mandarin atau Inggris harus memiliki terjemahan resmi dalam bahasa Mandarin atau Inggris.
- Salinan transkrip akademik yang dilegalisir. Transkrip dalam bahasa selain bahasa Cina
- scanned copy of your emergency contact details (which can be a passport, license, or other official ID)
- Scanned copy of HSK certificate/TOEFL/IELTS (if any)
